Our insurers have advised us to seek confirmation from our exhibitors that professional indemnity insurance is in place. 3. EXHIBITOR INFO -
Setting up: The venue will be open from 9.30am on Saturday 8 March 2014 for set up. It is not possible to set up the day before. Please note it is not possible to access additional requirements (tables/chairs) on the day as most sundries are hired in.
All exhibitors must have their stands set up before 11.30am. Strict health and safety legislation prohibits set up when the general public are in attendance.
Break down: Due to health and safety regulations this may only take place after the event finishes at 5.00pm.
Payment: All space must be paid for before the event. Bookings are not valid if space is unpaid.
Insurance: Valid public liability is required. Bookings are not accepted without sight of insurance; by post or scanned & emailed.
Parking: As this is at a central location in Newtownards, please note a parking charge may be incurred
if using on-site parking.
Stand material: Pop up stands and freestanding promotional materials are welcomed, as are any publicity flyers/leaflets. Please refrain from using blue tack, sellotape or tacks for mounting material onto walls or pillars.
